The Next Wave! The new modern 42mm Diver watch with a slender design is not only suitable for professional sports wear, but also meets the needs of daily urban life. Ulysse Nardin launched a shark-inspired diving watch series in September, and the new product represented by the Diver blue shark diving watch also adds more options to the series.

Thanks to the launch of Ulysse Nardin’s new 42mm “three-needle” Diver watch, the Diver Chronometer series of diving watches is also relaunched. Its concave bezel and sapphire crystal glass mirror are consistent with the style of the 44 mm model launched in September, but at the same time add a simple dial, retro beige tones and replace the small second dial design with a large central second hand, which also makes it stand out A new retro style temperament. The 42 mm Diver diving watch is inspired by the “Diver Le Locle Diver Watch” launched by the brand in 1964. The dial is also decorated with the geographic coordinates of Le Locle (the birthplace of the brand in 1846).

The new watch brings together the characteristic design of all diving watches: the bezel 0 scale, hands and rotating bezel are covered with Superluminova luminous coating, even in the dark environment can easily grasp the time; waterproof depth of up to 300 meters. The exterior of the watch shows the classic design of a diving watch in the mid-twentieth century, while the interior uses advanced technology of the twenty-first century, such as the silicon material introduced by Ulysse Nardin for the first time in the watchmaking industry. The watch is slender in shape and can be easily hidden under a shirt. There are also a variety of straps to choose from: blue fabric, black calfskin, stainless steel three-bead bracelet and the first stainless steel Milanese bracelet from Ulysse Nardin.

The Milanese bracelet is charming, elegant, skin-friendly and comfortable at the same time sturdy and durable. It is even jokingly called “solid and shark-proof”. It can be described as the most comprehensive one in the classic strap selection. As the first attempt of cheap Ulysse Nardin, the brand chose a thicker stainless steel mesh material, which was tediously processed by hand and matched with a vintage butterfly buckle. In the end, it presents an elegant temperament that is completely different from other metal bracelets, stylish and modern, while being strong and reliable.

Diver Blue Shark Limited Edition

The star model in the new series is equipped with a blue PVD stainless steel bezel and a blue dial, and is decorated with bright orange on the strap.
